Building a minimum viable product, whether a web or mobile application, can be full of uncertainty around the final product deliverable, when it will be ready and how much it will cost. We take all that out by working with you to deliver your first marketable fully coded prototype in thirty working days for a fixed cost, coupled with a launch plan and next steps.

Day 1 - Preparation: You are assigned an experienced product manager that has built, grown and exited successful technology businesses. They will scope your requirements, and select the technology and templates your MVP will use. In 5 working days you will have agreed exactly what your MVP will look like with UX & UI design input, what the core functionality is and any significant restrictions.

Day 6 - Design & Development: The development team will begin building your product, with a backend and frontend team working in parallel. There will be at least one senior engineer with 10+ years of experience building desktop, web and mobile applications globally. The remainder of the team will have developers with 2 - 5 years of software expertise from working with startups or other businesses, and have all graduated in the top 1% of their class.

Day 15 - User Testing: You are provided with your first prototype to test core functionality and provide feedback within 10 working days of development commencement.

Day 30 - Handover & Expert Input: The final product, codebase and all logins are handed over at the end of the development stage. You are also provided with feedback from up to 3 industry gurus from our panel on your product, how to take it to market, sales strategy and investment potential.

Post MVP Scaling: Receive a marketing and sales plan with high-level strategy on how to acquire your first 100 users, prepared by one of our in-house experts.
